We have been engaged in welfare services for a long time such as support for people with disabilities,elderly care, worker dispatching services,human resources development, and training program.

Welfare is a word that means happiness and abundant.

Through our business life, we have been pursuing quality of life and felt firsthand normalization, diversity, and inclusion.

Under this situation, we strongly felt "the importance of being healthy in both mind and body”,"the difficulties of women's work-life balance"and "the value of creating a better living environment for you to be yourself".

If you look to the world,the population is ever-increasing.

In Scandinavian countries, that are referred to as a mature society, each percentage of SDGs ahievement is high, and they have a higher level of happiness.

Meanwhile,we live in a super-aged society in japan.

The increase in the number of working-age people who are forced to leave their jobs to care for sick or ageing family members, and the social security expenses, abandoned housing problems in depopulated areas of japan, food safety, and gender gap,...the social problems keep piling up.

Our activity as a basis for ahieving our goals is reconsidering the basic necessities of housing, food or clothing with designing a life for wellbeing.
